I started my real estate career in 1975 on Market near the corner of Castro. I’ve seen many changes in San Francisco real estate since then but in terms of value and location the City in many cases still remains a very block by block neighborhood.
I grew up near Stern Grove in San Francisco and went to St. Ignatius High School. My company Gordon/Clifford Realty continues to manage and sell many houses or apartments for St. Ignatius classmates. Our clients include St. Ignatius, University of San Francisco and St. Anthony Foundation.
After receiving my broker’s license in 1981 I followed up with courses in 1031 exchanges and the formation of general and limited partnerships. My partner at Gordon/Clifford Realty is Beth Krummenacher and we began working together in 1976. I believe she is one of the best and most knowledgeable property managers in San Francisco. My community involvement has included serving on the Board of the Easter Seal Society, President of the Northern California Epilepsy Foundation, as President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, on the Executive Committee for the California Association of Realtors and as a Regent at St. Ignatius. In 2005 I served as President of the Olympic Club.

Beth Krummenacher - Vice President
Beth began her real estate career in 1976 as the book keeper for Century 21-Gordon Realty and has continued in real estate as a salesperson, sales manager and ultimately the best property manager in San Francisco. Al and Beth have worked together on real estate projects since in 1976 and in 1990 together formed Gordon/Clifford Realty, Inc. as partners.
Beth’s strength is her knowledge of the San Francisco Rent control Law and her ability to deal with tenants and vendors on a reasonable level to give the owners she represents the best service at acceptable prices. Whether it is a roommate change or a pass through at the rent board, Beth understands what is possible and when to say no.
Many of the buildings in the Company portfolio have been under management for many years. This in itself is a tribute to Beth’s hard work and treatment of the properties as though they were her own. When looking for property management help, you should talk to Beth.
Patrick Clifford - Associate
Patrick is a licensed sales associate and seasoned construction manager who recently joined Gordon/Clifford Realty. Patrick is presently assisting our management clients in bringing their multi-unit properties into compliance with San Francisco's new Soft Story ordinance, as well as supervising renovations of existing rental units. Patrick graduated in 2001 from St. Ignatius College Preparatory and has a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. During his previous eight year project management career, Patrick honed his skills overseeing $100 million dollars in mechanical and plumbing construction projects throughout the bay area. His projects included an east bay hospital campus, a 14 story condominium project and many tenant improvement projects. With experience in almost every sector of the commercial construction industry, Patrick is applying this knowledge to in our property management and development departments. Patrick is also the exclusive leasing agent for Gordon/Clifford responsible for unit renovation, unit marketing, applicant screening and evaluation and lease execution.
With every aspect of our business, Patrick puts honesty and integrity first while developing relationships with his clients. Jared Schneider- Leasing Agent
Jared is one of the few licensed realtors and property managers who was actually born and raised in the city of San Francisco. Born into a real estate family, his in depth knowledge of San Francisco and its different districts and neighborhoods coupled with superior negotiation skills has made Jared a top Realtor in his field.
After graduating from the University of Denver in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management Jared moved back to San Francisco with a real estate career path in mind. In 2012 Jared became a licensed sales agent and soon after started working with Alain Pinel Realtors in San Francisco.
During Jared’s time with Alain Pinel Realtors he negotiated over $5 million in residential sales throughout the city of San Francisco. Additionally, he helped relocate a plethora of clients from all over the country to live and work in San Francisco. Many of his relocation clients came from Fortune 500 companies like Goldman Sachs.
As a Millennial, Jared understands the necessity for continued education. This is why in early 2014 he passed his Property Management Certification. Additionally, to broaden his real estate influence, Jared passed the real estate salesperson exam for the State of New York in the beginning of 2015.
Recently joining the Gordon/Clifford Family, Jared has been quickly immersed in all aspects of property management and leasing.
